Lisa Jackinchuk, MSW, LMSW

Lisa Jackinchuk, MSW, LMSW

Project Director

Ms. Jackinchuk previously held the position of Director of Healthcare Practices at a Critical Access Hospital. In this role, she was responsible for operations of Rural Health Clinics (RHC), Behavioral/Mental Health, Care Coordination, Case Management, and Utilization Review.

She has experience in evolving delivery models and care models, (PCMH, ACO) and implementing new service lines, including Behavioral Health.

Ms. Jackinchuk’s clinical expertise, and her experience in care coordination between multiple entities and disciplines lends particular expertise to the core activities related to the integration of behavioral health and SUD/OUD.

In addition, her program management and implementation experience is incredibly valuable in maintaining momentum and engagement of the NMORC.

Program Associate

Ms. Fetrow is a person in recovery, a certified Peer Recovery Mentor, and a certified Community Health Worker. She previously served as the Resource Coordinator at a local rural healthcare provider. The position involved complex case management, including meeting with clients to determine their barriers and using various resources to eliminate the barriers so the individual may focus on their recovery.

Ms.Fetrow is vital in moving the recovery focused activities forward, including providing education to NMORC members and their associated clinicians on multiple pathways to recovery and facilitating the peer recovery coach trainings.

David McGreaham, MD, FACP

David McGreaham, MD, FACP

Medical Director

Dr. McGreaham most recently served as the Vice President of Medical Affairs for Munson Medical Center; one of the three health systems in the NMORC region. Dr. McGreaham is leading all provider focused activities particularly activities including provider education, provider engagement, and clinical workflows.

Dr. McGreaham has been actively involved in the NMORC since inception and has developed additional relationships with NMORC members, outside of those established while at Munson Medical Center.

Dr. McGreaham has experience in educating providers and community members on best practices related to SUD/OUD programming. He is a National Resource Center for Academic Detailing (NARCAD) trained Academic Detailer and has worked with small, rural primary care providers on implementing CDC guidelines, screening tools, and other evidence-based guidelines into their clinics.

In addition, he is the co-chair for the Substance Free Coalition of Northwest Michigan and an active member of the Grand Traverse County Substance Use Coalition.

Patrick Koval

Patrick Koval

Mr. Koval has training and experience predominantly in the field of empirical research specific to the effects of public policy on various health-related outcomes, such as workplace injury, poisoning, and suicide.

Mr. Koval joined the NMORC team in early 2020 as a member of the AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service of America) program, which places members within organizations performing work addressing poverty and poverty-related inequity.

Mr. Koval is pursuing a career in research at the intersection of neuroscience and subjective experience with a focus on traumatic stress and the effects of public policy on mental health.

NMORC has established committees and with the following structure and utilization of the committees. NMORC committees are advisory committees who consist of a collection of individuals who bring unique knowledge and skills, which augment the knowledge and skills of the NMORC board and staff, in order to more effectively guide the consortium. Committees serve to make recommendations and/or provide key information and materials.
